• By using the limo rental services provided by Party Bus and Limo Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking and Reservation:

• Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and approval by Party Bus and Limo Service.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation, and charges may apply for cancellations made outside the specified time frame.

3. Rental Period:

• The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your reservation. Overtime charges may apply for extended use beyond the agreed-upon period.

4. Vehicle Availability:

• While we make every effort to provide the requested vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent or superior model based on availability.

5. Payment:

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional charges, such as overtime or damages, will be billed after the completion of the service.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made within a specified time frame may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for details.

7. Passenger Conduct:

• Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respect the rules outlined by the chauffeur. Any misconduct or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges and termination of the service.

8. Liability:

• Party Bus and Limo Service is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, accidents, or unforeseen events.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings, and Party Bus and Limo Service is not liable for lost or damaged items.

9. Vehicle Damages:

• The client is responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by the client or passengers during the rental period. Additional charges will apply for necessary repairs.

10. Termination of Service:

• Party Bus and Limo Service reserves the right to terminate service at any time due to non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or if the chauffeur deems the passengers’ conduct unsafe.

11. Amendments to Terms:

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. It is the responsibility of the client to review and be aware of any changes.
